慈中书院于2008年投资创办，由慈吉教育集团与慈溪中学合作办学，以崭新的办学模式开创了慈溪市教育合作之先河，是一所精品化、现代化、优质化的寄宿制民办高中。学校坐落在慈溪市中心城区，北临森林公园、南连慈溪中学，校区占地80多亩， 建筑面积6万余平米，首期投资超过4.5亿元。

Cizhong Academy was invested and founded in 2008 and

MR. REN FUQIANG, CURRENT
PRINCIPAL OF CIZHONG COLLEGE
正高级教师职称，浙江省特级教师，宁波市名教师，曾获浙江省优秀教师等称号，入选宁波市首届领军与拔尖人才培养工程第一层次，曾担任慈溪中学党委委员。他主持的课题成果获得浙江省人民政府基础教育教学成果(2012-2016)一等奖。
Mr. Ren Fuqiang was certified as senior teacher,
special grade teacher in Zhejiang province, famous teacher in Ningbo, was
awarded the title of Zhejiang Excellent Teacher, etc., was selected into the
first level of Ningbo's first leading and top talent training project, and
served as a member of the Party Committee of Cixi Middle School. The results of
the project he presided over won the first prize of the Zhejiang Provincial
People's Government Basic Education Teaching Achievement (2012-2016).

慈中书院遵照“卓越源于要求”的校训，着力建设学术型的卓越的教师队伍，慈中书院现有80余位教师，其中正高级教师3人、特级教师3人，学术起点高，制度要求严，师徒结对、听课议课、同步跟进。
学校根据教师自身的业务层级，组织中青年教师制订三年一期的专业成长规划，对照中级教师、高级教师及正高级教师的职称评定标准。每周固定时间及时长，开展集体备课、研课、磨课活动，促使教师沉淀学养、交流合作、事上磨练，涌现了一批优秀教师、骨干教师、教坛新秀。近三年来，有40余篇论文发表在专业杂志，多本学术专著出版发行并获多个市级奖项。
