Established in 1999, Ciji Kindergarten covers an area of 25 mu, has a building area of more than 10,000 square meters, and has a total investment of over 100 million yuan. 高级教师职称，宁波市名园长，宁波市名教师，荣获浙江省春蚕奖、浙江省教科研先进个人等称号，
入选宁波市领军与拔尖人才工程第二层次、甬派教育管理名家培养对象，曾担任慈溪市实验幼儿园教育集团总园长。她主持的研究成果获得首届国家级教学成果二等奖。
Ms. Chen Fang is certified as a senior
teacher as her professional academic title, and she has won the awards like
Famous Kindergarten Director in Ningbo, Famous Teacher in Ningbo, Chuncan
(silkworm) Award in Zhejiang Province and Advanced Individual in Teaching and
Scientifc Research in Zhejiang Province. She has been selected to participate
the second level of leading and top-notch talent project in Ningbo and the
training project held by Yongpai Education Management. She once served as the
general director of Cixi Experimental Kindergarten Education Group. Her
research achievements has been awarded with the second prize of the first
national teaching achievement.

二十余年来,慈吉幼儿园坚持以“尚志,求实,创新,发展”为园责,狠抓师资队伍建设。目前,已拥有一支富有经验、善于创新的教师团队,其中市级以上名教师、教坛新秀、骨干教师、优秀班主任占35%以上。
在幼儿园历届领导班子的带领下,青年教师队伍辛勤付出,担当奋进,为全面提升教师队伍素质,常年赴外地参加各类专业培训,不断提升教育技能水平。近几年来,幼儿园共有90余篇论文、案例在市级以上评优中获奖,30余篇论文、案例在宁波市乃至全省、全国获奖或公开发表,在各项业务能力的教学活动评优、教师基本功操练比赛中也取得了丰硕的成果。
专业而优秀的教师团队,带来了幼儿园的优质创新发展,培养了一批又一批健康、快乐、优秀的幼儿,从而得到了广大家长和社会各界的高度评价与肯定。
Over the past 2 decades, Ciji Kindergarten has been adhering to
the principle of "aspiring,
seeking truth, innovation and development", and paying close attention to the construction of
teaching staff. At present, we have a team of experienced and innovative
teachers, among which more than 35% of them are famous teachers at or above the
municipal level, promising young teachers, cadre teachers and excellent
teachers in charge of classes.
Under the leadership of all previous leaders of Kindergarten,
young teachers have worked in order to comprehensively improve the quality of
the teaching staff, including participating various professional training in
other places all the year round, and constantly improving their educational
skills. In recent years, more than 90 theses and cases of Ciji Kindergarten
have won awards in the evaluation of municipal level and above, and more than
30 papers and cases have been awarded or published in Ningbo City, even in
Zhejiang Province and other cities in China. Fruitful achievements have also
been made in the evaluation of teaching activities of various professional
abilities and the competition of teachers' basic skills.

双语教育 国际视野
BILINGUAL EDUCATION WITH INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVE
慈吉幼儿园不断接受国内外最先进的幼教理念,率先引进双语教育机制,使孩子从小汉语和英语并行学习,提前充分培养语言能力。
从2017年起,幼儿园由双语教学提升为双语班招生,现有13个双语班,有多名来自美国英国等英语母语国家的外教。
