慈吉中学简介



慈吉中学的前身是一所全寄宿制民办完中,于2000年投资创办,2001年3月成立高中部,地处慈溪市中心城区,校园占地80余亩,建筑面积6万余平米,累计总投资5.8亿元。

二十年来,慈吉中学坚持以质量求生存,以特色谋发展,努力践行“选择慈吉、就是选择美好的明天”的办学宗旨和“以德启智、差异发展、多元育人”的办学理念。学校始终走特色化、小班化、精品化路线,创办以来,创造了“不可能变为可能”的奇迹,在全市“从起点看发展”综合评价中名列前茅。

 

The predecessor of Ciji Middle School was a complete boarding school. It was invested and founded in 2000, and the high school was established in March 2001. It is located in the downtown area of Cixi. The campus covers an area of more than 80 mu with a building area of more than 60,000 square meters. The total investment is 580 million yuan.

中学高级教师,慈溪市骨干教师, 慈溪市优秀教师,慈溪市优秀教育工作者,宁波市优秀教师。他主持的全国中小学德育研究规划课题《浅谈培养学生的文化礼仪》被中宣部、教育部评为全国优秀研究成果一等奖,《体验式心理教育活动在学生德育中应用探究》被评

为全国优秀研究成果二等奖。

慈吉中学现有专任教师56人,中高级职称教师占55%以上,市级骨干教师、教坛新秀、优秀班主任、市级先进占70%以上。学校结合新课程改革,加强“教一研一训”一体化研究,引导教学方式和学习方式的变革,优化学习过程,全体教师夯实教学基本功,拓展教学理念,提升业务水平。

学校邀请了多位专家级教师对青年教师进行帮助指导,建立持续沉浸式教研制度,建立课堂有效教学模式构建下的学科研究。

学校在学科管理上构建了“教研组一备课组”教学教研管理机制,使教研组、备课组成为校教育教学管理的主线之一,努力做到“备好课,讲好课,评好课,同时努力搭建教师专业成长平台,构建教研组备课组联合教学教研管理机制。
